We developed the following interactive applications for Coperion's trade fair appearance at Powtech 2017 in Nuremberg (from September 26 to 28, 2017)

ATEX Information Column

The interactive “ATEX protection installation” presented the safety features of Coperion's rotary valves.
When a visitor entered the stand, they were detected by the tracking system and were able to view the functionality inside the housing layer by layer by approaching the screen.
After a delay of a few seconds, a dust explosion was triggered above the component in the simulation. A slow-motion replay of the fire development illustrated the protection against the flames breaking through.

AR-Applications

With the AR application developed, processes within components could be explained directly on the object at the trade fair. The possibility of using augmentations to present monitoring processes as well as maintenance and service topics was also implemented here.
